ABOUT THE ROLE The Supply Chain Analyst position will be based at the Kerry Facility in Rome, GA and will work under the direction of the Materials Manager to help meet corporate, business unit, and plant objectives and goals. The Supply Chain Analyst supports the operations by monitoring and anlyzing master data, master relationship data within the organtization and monitoring and reporting on performance metrics. Ensuring data accuracy and developing tools to effectively communicate information are keys to the position. The individual must have the ability to multitask, analyze, troubleshoot, make recommendations, and implement solutions within the business. This role is key in the development in our SAP maturity. WHAT WOULD YOU DO? * * Ensures master data integrity in key systems (SAP ECC and APO), as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality * Collaborate with the plant team drive an OTIF focused culture, manage of weekly OTIF appeals process and distributing results * Run Daily Supply Excellence Dashboard/reports and distribute to stakeholders, follow up on agreed actions until completed * Daily maintenance and consolidation of open order overview, including driving improvements to communications and comments on pending/urgent/delayed orders * Be the Supply Chain to Supply Chain contact for Customer Service * Coordinate data for product transfers from a supply chain perspective, and other projects as needed * Complete monthly supply chain root cause analysis for inventory and service metrics * Develop standard weekly and monthly supply chain reports to monitor business WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL? * Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Accounting, Applied Economics, Finance, Quantitative Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Business Operations Management or related field of study * 3+ years of experience on a similar Supply Chain role * Good MS Office (particularly in Excel) and system experience (SAP knowledge highly preferred) * Advanced analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities. * Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast moving, demanding environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization. * Supervisory experience or hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
