• Provide the course outline, the list of reading requirements, copies of
overhead slides, and all other materials in an accessible, digital format
whenever possible. Some persons with deaf-blindness will use assistive
technology. The type of technology they use will depend, in part, on their
hearing and sight levels and whether they rely on one of their senses more than
the other, if at all. Assistive technologies could include sound amplification
(hearing aids), as well as screen readers and/or screen-enhancement software
that allows the user to magnify the computer screen or change the contrast. •
Accommodate the needs of students who use adaptive technology, such as
closed-captioning, screen readers, personal frequency modulation (FM) systems,
teletypewriters (known as TTYs), amplified phones, closed-circuit television
(CCTV), Braille, magnifiers and magnification software. • Understand that
environmental noise, poor acoustics, and a speaker’s voice, pitch, volume,
patterns and accent will impact the quality of the communication process for
students who rely on residual hearing.

PRILEPIN-BASED BENCH AND SQUAT PROGRAM

I’ve been programming for myself for the past several months, just wanted to
share some ideas and generate some discussion. Also it’s nice to write
everything down to organize my thoughts and have something to refer back to in
the future. Over the past year or so I’ve gathered info from Chinese coaches re:
technique and programming. Selfishly I only cared about info that was applicable
to my own training, so the programming methods I learned is for
beginner/intermediate developing lifters who are weak but have consistent
technique (so 12-15 year old chinese kids who’ve been lifting for 2-3 years).
The technical things I’ve been trying to do right away but I haven’t really
gotten to incorporate the chinese programming methods because I’ve had coaches
who programmed for me until the past couple months. I moved to a new town for
work in the summer and started working with a new coach, but with my work
schedule I wasn’t able to tolerate the volume/frequency that was in the program
so I decided to auto-regulate my programming and wrote my own workouts using the
things I’ve learned from a bunch of chinese coaches as well as my own experience
in terms of what I’ve felt work for me in the past and what I can recover from
currently.

squats or pulls. As a note, I don’t plan on competing any time soon since work
won’t be easing up for another several months.

Clean Squat Bench. Would you use the guideline per exercise or do you need to
account for multiple exercises? It seems pretty much all percentage based
programs have their roots in this table. So I'm wondering now a few more years
later if you are still using it and if you have gained any other insights. The
bench press is the king of upper body exercises. It's the most revered measure
of a young lifter's weight lifting acumen and will add slabs of beef to the
pecs, shoulders, and triceps few exercises can match.

I would squat first on your squat days. One of the things that sticks out for me
is the coach specifically telling you that you basically won't do jack sh!t or
something along those lines until you get your back squat up to 200kg.

I would only programme for 3 days as well. If you know you can't train
consistently and you miss sessions due to work (totally understandable, as we
aren't full time athletes and you are in residency) why programme for 5 when you
can't make it consistently? You miss a huge chunk of training and overall volume
that your programme has taken in to account for. Your programme will be a lot
less useful now that you are missing huge chunks of volume. I would strip it
right down to basics due to your time limitations. Squat, lift, pull, accessory
AND if you have the time i the week for whatever reason I would then and only
then throw in powers. You got to get the squats up and get your upper back
stronger from crumpling under the Cn.

Your mechanics are fairly good in the lifts and they will improve but you are
still hugely limited by your squat and back strength. Im surprised your diet
hasn't crushed your strength yet.

February 4, 2012 I have decided to fake the handwriting recognition. It actually
works pretty well in game. Anyway, the translators were asking if it was
possible to disable the Select button, because they don't want to translate the
'story progression scripts' that periodically get updated as you progress in the
game. After you finish an episode, only one version of the complete story is
displayed.

Hopefully I can figure out something to solve this. Also, have to find out where

Fixed the font problem: However another problem has come up; Handwriting
Recognition! This scene is the only one in the game that uses hiragana
recognition, the rest use only numbers. For testing and tweaking attempts, here
is a patch that will take you to a little bit just before the screen once you
start a new game: What I need help with is changing the hiragana recognition to
alphabet letters.

The game font does not contain ASCII, only SJIS full-width JASCII. Also, capital
letters and lower case letters should go to the same SJIS code (i.e., A and a
both could point to the character code 82A0). The recognition information is
probably stored in one of these two files: dltjdb.zzz: contains dbtag
