I had a very challenging project at our home in West University and interviewed
many potential contractors. Incredible Homes is the one I ultimately chose and I
was not disappointed. The owner, Adam Bakir was true to his word and made sure
that everything was done to conform to our expectations and budget. He and his
staff were always available, attentive and reliable and, despite the unfortunate
obstacles and limitations the Covid 19 pandemic pandemic imposed on the
industry, Adam made it a point to do everything possible to overcome these
barriers having as his biggest priority customer satisfaction. I very strongly

initial site visit, and they had excellent insight on how to navigate my

Incredible Renovations was always willing to go the extra miles to do whatever
needed to complete our ever changing projects, including full renovation of our
1946 House in Bellaire, TX. After the construction was completed they were

We just bought a home in West University Place and wanted to do an extensive
renovation which included all the bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces. We went
to about 10 contractors for design ideas and quotes and the Incredible Homes &
Renovations team were hands down the best. From the initial walk through to the
design and execution, really very professional. We really appreciated that their
quote even had the make and model number of every fixture they were planning to
install, something that none of the others even listed! Their proposal was very
easy to understand, yet detailed. Their contract also had a on time and budget
guarantee that we have not heard of before. Adam and the team were very patient
with us trying to pick the finishes and assisted us with their great

I hired Incredible Renovation to add a second floor to our house. We added a
large gameroom, bedroom, bathroom, and a large 20 foot long closet/sewing area
for storage and projects. I was very happy with my experience. The most
important thing for me was the one stop shop aspect of working with them. I did
not have to go to an architect to have my plans drawn, then take to an Engineer
to get a seal of approval. They listened to our wishes and came up with a great
plan and built it in a timely manor. They got all the necessary permits and we
had no surprises. We are happy with the final build out and love the extra space
and the added value to our home.

The team at Incredible Renovations is very professional and caring. Joana, our
project manager, attended to all the small details. We had a rather large
project, so there were many small issues that needed to be looked at a second
time. Joana made sure that everything was addressed and that we were happy. She
is very smart, professional, and capable. Franco is extremely competent and
great at diagnosing issues. We had a leak in our ceiling of which three other
plumbers and roofers whom we hired before we began the renovation were not able
to correctly identify the cause. Franco figured it out in about 10 minutes, and
we were able to address the issue in the renovation project. They did a lovely
job renovating our powder bath and a full bath ( pics included). They gave great
design ideas including to make the arch in the powder room and to open up the
staircase. I enthusiastically recommend Incredible Renovations. I will make a
recommendation to any person renovating an older home: Demo old walls if they
are not smooth as a new coat of paint and other upgrades will not look good
against an old, bumpy wall. Also, if you can afford it, add crown molding
everywhere including the bathrooms...makes a huge difference!

I got to give it to IR though. They did not give up after having a long running
issue with the floor quality, which was created by a SUB-contractor. They
explored multiple avenues to find a solution to the problem and after evaluating
multiple vendors over the course of several months finally found somebody with

We flooded during the Memorial Day Flood and were thrown into a major unplanned
remodel. We interviewed server all companies and were really pleased when we met
the team at Incredible Renovations. We loved the fixed price and fixed time
frame. We did make a few changes along the way but they worked with us upfront
to make sure we had everything we wanted in the quote that we ultimately signed.
They also really worked hard to keep us in line with our budget and to show us
alternatives that were good in our price range. We would be happy to use them

I think Adam is very respectable and professional. They are very timely in
getting a bid and design back to you. The pricing is high, I also felt that when
I desired to modify the plan that was implemented it was quickly shot down. They
seem to have the attitude of, " this is the design plan and you either like it

We hired Incredible Renovations because we were moving my mother-in-law to live
permanently with us. We were converting two bedrooms to make her a master suite,
and needed to build a 2nd floor for my son's and daughter's bedrooms. As we were

several contractors who met with us to discuss the work, only IR had the
expertise from day one to evaluate the project from both the aesthetic and the

We came to Incredible Renovations (IR) with a complete set of drawings for
rebuilding our house which was a standard 1 story ranch to a open concept 2
story with a very modern look on the inside. The outside was kept very
traditional; this allows the house to blend perfectly with the park like
community. The project was very large; 80% of the interior and exterior walls
were taken down and replaced with taller walls. There is a 21 inch I beam that
runs the length of the great room to hold the ceiling/roof up. All the dry wall
was replaced as was all the brick on the outside. IR did a great job; and they
stayed very close to the schedule. I was amazed at this as I have heard horror
stories from others that have built or remodeled. We had a very detailed plan
when we engaged IR which allowed them to give us a firm bid for the work we
wanted done. They did not try and come back and get extra money for things I
felt were unwarranted; and they had some ideas to try and lower the costs at the
onset of the project. I would hire them again for any work I require!

We purchased a 50 year old ranch house that had not been updated much through
the years. We had grand plans to update the house but we didn't know where to
turn for a contractor. Unfortunately we didn't know about Adam and his
Incredible Renovations team at first and we struggled through some renovations
with first one contractor that we fired after three weeks and then another
contractor who was supposed to be reputable. The experience with these two
contractors was extremely frustrating, much like the horror stories that you
might hear from others that have gone through a home renovation. At this point
we knew we still wanted to add a second story to the house and build out a
covered patio, but considering the experience we just went through we knew we
had to find someone that we could trust to complete the work. We interviewed
many different home renovation companies and contractors to find someone we
could depend on. After we met Adam and his team we knew our search was over.
Adam is a licensed structural professional engineer and we knew he could give us
the right advice on structural support needed for a second floor addition. Also,

addition of approximately 500 sq ft. We signed the contract on Valentine's Day
and I was serving Easter Dinner in that room two months later. The second

I have used Incredible Renovations on two separate renovations. They have
remodeled almost my entire house. Major work included knocking out an interior
wall and enclosing a balcony. The quality of the work is excellent. Almost as
important, the work was completed on time. After five years, Incredible
Renovations still calls to check on the quality of the work. The one time I had
a minor complaint (a door latch was not catching), they promptly came out and
fixed it. I have recommended Incredible Renovations several times and plan to

I recommend IR without any hesitation, we are incredibly pleased not only with
the finished product, a large master bedroom addition as well as a new second
story movie room and laundry room over an existing one story garage, but also
with the way the whole process was conducted. From start to finish everyone in
the company was very responsive to every request and concern and reaction to
phone calls or e-mails was always immediate. They try very hard to accommodate
and inform you every step of the way and beyond, in fact the owner personally
came out regularly to check on the process and even again a full three years
after everything was finished after I had a question. They really stand by their
product from start to finish and their integrity and good name are of utmost
importance to them. I never heard anyone else tell me something similar about
their builder. I wish they had built my whole house and not just the new

We were initially interested in having Incredible Renovations (IR) do our
remodeling based on its excellent reviews on Angie's List as well as its slogan
"On Time, On Budget". We were hesitant, however, to go with IR, because their
pricing seemed high in comparison to other bids we had gotten from contractors.
In the end, we decided to go with IR because we lumped our mortgage together
with our renovation loan. The way the bank worked, it required the contractor to
start work without any initial payment for materials. Many of the smaller
contractors were unable or less willing to work with us due to the logistics of
the financing. IR did not flinch at having to start work without an initial
payment, and were actually contacting us before our financing had been approved,
wanting to get started on the house. We also really liked that they had a whole
design team to walk us through, quite literally with 3D modeling, different
options we had for our remodel. The staff, designers and project managers were
quite friendly. My husband does cost estimation and negotiation for a living, so
he was very nit-picky about price. Throughout the process, we decided to change
many things. We decided to do some things and not others that we had decided on
in our initial meeting with IR. My husband felt that Adam Bakir, IR General
Manager, was very fair on price swap for things and very patient with with us. I
am also very nit-picky about the design. Both the design team and their interior
designer were very patient with me while I went back and forth on the design
many times. I am quite independent and opinionated, and their interior designer,
Rahgda Bakir, didn't try to push me into anything. IR has suppliers that they
normally work with, but they were open to purchasing anything from anywhere. Our
flooring, we did purchase from one of their suppliers. I LOVE what we ended up
with, but was disappointed when they told me my initial (and less expensive)
selection was unavailable a month or so after I has selected it. Luckily with
the switch of selection, this hang-up didn't push back the schedule. Also, there
was a mix up with the quartzite slab we selected. IR selected a slab for us and
then sent us to the supplier to approve the selection. I felt that another slab
worked better with our back splash, so I changed the selection. When the granite
guys showed up with our counter tops, they ended up with the slab IR had
selected and not the one I changed it to. They were willing to work with us on
it, but for the sake of time, I went with the slab IR had selected and ended up
really liking it. A lot of times, I don't really know what I like until I see
it, and once it all came together, it was great. While selections didn't affect
the schedule too much, what did push back the schedule was the processing of
change orders. As I said, previously, we changed things many times throughout
the process. I wish that we had spent more time up front in the design to
minimize the changes, but again, sometimes I have to see things before I know if
it'll work or not. Some of the processing time was due to my husband's
unwillingness to sign the change orders because he didn't like that the
completion date was pushed back due to paperwork processing time. So some was
the processing, some was my husband's stubbornness. With all the design changes
we made, occasionally, the most recent design plans didn't make it down the
chain from the designers to the project manager to the sub-contractor. Our
landing was built incorrectly, but they corrected it to my liking in the end.
Our estimated completion date was just before Thanksgiving. We invited family to
come to our place for Thanksgiving, thinking that our house we be all done by
then. With the set backs we had with the design changes, it pushed our
completion date back a month. The week prior to Thanksgiving, our house seemed
far away from being able to host an 2 other families. Our project manager, Scott
Clements, cracked the whip and got all the sub-contractors there and got our
house pretty well in shape. He even had the plumbers come and stay late the
night before Thanksgiving to plumb our kitchen sink so we could make our
Thanksgiving dinner. We liked most of the sub-contractors, and felt like they
did good work. The one we didn't especially like was one that IR had not used
before, and they would likely not use again. Were there some hang-ups and
glitches? Yes, there were. Is the IR team human? Yes they are. Would I recommend
them to others? Yes, I have and will. Am I satisfied over-all with the quality
and timeliness of their work? Yes I am.

I'm guessing there are two major types of people who write reviews: Those who
are very pleased, and those who are pissed off. Fortunately for my wife and me,
we are VERY pleased with Incredible Renovations! These folks are professional
through-and-through. For example: (1) They know how to deliver a GREAT
renovation, and to do so, they work with you carefully, and they work with
contractors they trust. They are communicative start-to-finish (forgot
something? tell them! need to follow up after the job is done? give them a
call!). (2) We have used Incredible Renovations to renovate our master bathroom,
our bedroom, our hallway and study, our trim around windows, and now our
driveway and security gate and fence. We are thrilled with both the process and
the result. (3) If anything deviates from the original plan (and you are
unrealistic if you think there will be zero wrinkles in a big construction
project!), they will be professional, honest, quick, and friendly in handling
those issues to your ultimate satisfaction. Incredible Renovations has won many
awards for their work. But like all businesses, they depend on word of mouth as
essential. Incredible Renovations has developed a relationship with us -- we are
not treated like a number (or a check) -- and so they have EARNED our loyalty
