How often should team building activities be conducted?
Tailored Team Building recommends conducting team building activities at least
once a year, but the frequency may depend on your team’s needs. New teams or
those undergoing significant changes may require more frequent team building
activities.
What are your recommended team building activities for remote? For outdoor?
For remote teams, Tailored Team Building offers:

What is your cancellation policy?
Tailored Team Building requires a 20% non-refundable deposit for bookings. If a
booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the event, we may invoice for staff
costs. Postponements due to unforeseen circumstances can be rescheduled without
penalty. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the event) may incur staffing
costs.

A very delayed review. Back in July, Jonathan and his team did an outstanding
job organising a Spy Race for our Core Ops team at Deputy. Our team of 40 were
split into smaller groups and handed dossiers with our mission to save the city
of Sydney from a dangerous bomb threat! The competition amongst the teams was
fierce and the energy, fun and laughter this team building event created was
just epic! To this day, people still talk about how engaging and fun the day was
and how it uncovered personality traits in people, we didn't know existed! We
can't wait to do another Team Building event with Jonathan and Tailored Team
Building. Cheers guys!

AMAZING experience, the team raved about this experience and loved every bit of
