OUR STORY

 * 2005
   
   
   YOUNG LOVE
   
   Tyler and Amanda met in middle school when they were just 11 years old.
   Amanda was a new student in 7th grade, and Tyler, quickly smitten, was eager
   to show her around.

 * 2008
   
   
   HIGH SCHOOL SWEETHEARTS
   
   After just 3 years of courtship, Tyler's crush was finally reciprocated, and
   Amanda agreed to go on a date to the Central Park zoo.

 * 2010
   
   
   HEADING WEST
   
   After graduating from Horace Mann, Tyler and Amanda headed west to Stanford.
   What a happy coincidence that they both decided to go to the same college!

 * 2011
   
   
   FRESHMAN YEAR
   
   College was full of new people and new experiences. Tyler joined the squash
   team and spent countless hours coding for his Computer Science classes.
   Amanda played club soccer and majored in Management Science and
   Engineering...whatever that is.

 * 2012
   
   
   STUDY ABROAD
   
   After 4 straight years spent by each other's side, Amanda headed off to study
   in Paris, and Tyler flew south to Brazil. Amidst endless nights of sobbing on
   long distance phone calls, they managed to find some time for fun.

 * 2013
   
   
   DANCING THROUGH LIFE
   
   After returning from abroad, Tyler and Amanda enjoyed their last few
   trimesters partying with friends in Sigma Nu and Pi Phi.

 * 2014
   
   
   SEE YA STANFORD!
   
   Before they knew it, college was over. Amanda and Tyler graduated Phi Beta
   Kappa, and Amanda even picked up a Master's degree. Tyler became a Product
   Manager working for a tech company in New York, and Amanda joined McKinsey &
   Company as a consultant.

 * 2015
   
   
   MOVING IN
   
   After a year back home in New York, Tyler and Amanda packed their bags and
   moved to Brooklyn! Even though it was just across the river, it felt like the
   start of something big...

THE PROPOSAL

Tyler spent weeks planning a secret proposal. With the ring hidden in his
pocket, he tricked Amanda into revisiting the Central Park Zoo where they had
gone on their first date, 8 years earlier. Just as they passed the sea lions,
Tyler got down on one knee and popped the question. She said yes!




WHEN & WHERE

CEREMONY AND RECEPTION

Our ceremony and reception will take place at 26 Bridge in Brooklyn, New York on
the evening of April 15th, 2017. Attire is formal, but not black tie. More
details to come!

ACCOMMODATIONS

We've arranged room blocks at 3 hotels in New York City. The Sheraton near Times
Square is a convenient place to stay if you plan to spend time in New York
before or after the wedding. The Viceroy is in midtown, just a few blocks from
