WELCOME TO THE RSH NIGERIA HUB

The Safeguarding Resource and Support Hub (RSH) aims to support organisations in
the aid sector to strengthen their safeguarding policy and practice against
Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Sexual Harassment (SEAH).

The Nigeria Hub is part of RSH but designed specifically to support smaller,
local organisations working in the aid (development and emergency) sector in
Nigeria. We have a National Associate based in Abuja who runs the Nigeria Hub
and makes sure the Hub is meeting your safeguarding needs. 

Key resources of the RSH Nigeria Hub are now available in Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba
and we will regularly add more translated materials.

The website supports a range of accessibility options.

We offer safeguarding support to build the capacity of organisations in Nigeria.

We email our users with the latest news on safeguarding in Nigeria.

WHAT IS SAFEGUARDING? AN ANIMATION.




WHO WE ARE

RSH is a global programme that aims to support any organisation working in the
international aid sector to strengthen their safeguarding policy and practice
against SEAH.

Our main offer is this online platform which brings together high-quality
guidance, tools and research on safeguarding. We also signpost users towards
service providers who can support organisations to improve their approach to
safeguarding. We have many opportunities to engage with our users, such as
through our Online Community discussion forum and live events, such as webinars.

The RSH contract is delivered by a consortium led by Options, with Social
Development Direct (SDDirect) as technical and delivery lead and including GCPS
Consulting (GCPS), Terre des hommes (Tdh) and Sightsavers.

It is funded by UKAid, the UK Government’s  Foreign, Commonwealth & Development
Office to help organisations around the world.
