the interest calculated daily and any additional damages due to late payment
by the consumer at Embee’s discretion.
* 2.While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Platform, we
will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any
loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:
* 1.Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
* 2.Exceeding the limit mutually agreed by You and between “Bank/s”, or
* 3.Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
* 4.Decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
* 1. Before delivering your order to you, Seller may request you to provide
supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and

processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system
infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions
agreed to between the Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank and payment

* 6. All online bank transfers from valid bank accounts are processed using the
gateway provided by the respective issuing bank which supports payment

* Embee recognized the need to create a Data Warehouse to collect and analyse
the large amounts of unstructured data. The team used SQL Server Integration
Services (SSIS) to transform the data and load on an on-premise Data
Warehouse and SQL Server Analysis Service (SSAS) to build an accurate data
model. Data fed to the model was presented in customized, user-friendly
PowerBI Dashboards.

CHALLENGES
Our customer had adopted a series of complex enterprise application
infrastructure including Remote Desktop Services (RDP). However, the performance
of these solutions was less than optimal.
* Unreliable Response Times resulting in impeded performance
* The user experience was vastly inconsistent across various devices.

* Built the VDI base infrastructure on Azure, utilising VMs, Network Load
Balancing, Storage, Express route gateway, MFA services, Backup etc.
* Enabled the VDI infra on Azure in HA mode, including MPLS connectivity to
Aegon’s Primary and DR Data Centre, enabling the team to access core/intranet
apps from Azure.
* Built and segregated the network LB i.e. one for the intranet network and
another for the internet network.
* Integrated Azure MFA (Multifactor Authentication) to allow users to connect
to their RDS apps on the internet with additional authentication, either
through phone-call or through the Microsoft Authenticator App.
