DOES MY COMMERCIAL VEHICLE NEED A FLEET DASH CAM?

Dash Cams are proven to improve safety, significantly affect driver behavior,
allow you to effectively manage insurance claims, and protect yourself from
fraud while maximizing fleet efficiency. Our LANA dashcam not only records the
driver on the interior and forward roadway but acts as a traditional GPS fleet
tracking device. Manage your fleet and protect your drivers through a single
camera, platform, and payment.

HOW DO YOU VIEW LANA DASHCAM FOOTAGE?

You can log in to the LANA Fleet platform at any time to both see and hear your
drivers and how they are behaving behind the wheel in Real-Time! Or check on the
safety of your vehicle while parked overnight.

LANA dashcam will automatically create event recordings around collisions,
break-ins, and other motions taking place in and around your vehicle which is
stored automatically in the cloud for you to access at any time. You can also
view, copy and share historic (non-event) footage going back as far as 7 days
(dependent upon vehicle usage and camera settings).

HOW DOES LANA DASHCAM RECEIVE POWER?

LANA dashcam connects to the vehicle's OBD port. Future upgrades available for
your camera will allow the camera to pull additional details such as VIN,
seatbelt usage, even Check Engine trouble codes from your fleet vehicles, and
much more.

DO I NEED AN ADDITIONAL GPS TRACKER TO WORK WITH LANA CAM TO PROVIDE GPS
LOCATION?

No, LANA Dashcam is the complete Fleet Tracking solution. It provides precise
GPS tracking and 24-hour video protection for ALL of your fleet vehicles

DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A MONTHLY DATA PLAN TO USE LANA FLEET & LANA DASH CAM?

Yes, a monthly subscription is required and gives you access to all the features
within our platform including live streaming and no data limit or throttling. A
monthly subscription also ensures your equipment always stays up-to-date with
over-the-air firmware updates.

CAN I INSTALL THE LANA DASHCAM MYSELF?

Yes, that’s the way we designed it! The camera comes with a single OBDII cable
and a tamper-resistant suction cup mount to accommodate different windshield
angles.

DOES LANA FLEET INTEGRATE WITH THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS?

Video event clips are available in the platform within minutes. You can also

IF I CHOOSE LANA FLEET AS MY FLEET MANAGEMENT PROVIDER, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO
GET STARTED?

You can have your fleet protected with Dashcam video and security within 5 -7
days of signing your subscription agreement. Before receiving your cameras, you
will be given access to CallPass University where you will be able to view the
latest training materials and videos. You will also be assigned a dedicated
account manager to help get the most value out of your LANA Fleet Dashcam
solution.

HOW LONG DOES LANA FLEET KEEP DASHCAM FOOTAGE FOR?

LANA dashcam will automatically create event recordings around collisions,
tailgating, break-ins, and other motions taking place in and around your
vehicle. These event-trigged videos are stored automatically in the cloud for up
to 60 days from the incident for you to access, share and download at any time.

DOES THE LANA FLEET DASHCAM HAVE NIGHT VISION OR LOW-LIGHT CAPABILITIES?

The LANA Fleet dash cam uses the natural light and artificial lighting from the
surrounding environment such as the streetlights and vehicle headlights etc. On
the interior camera there are also LED floodlights that turn on at night when it
detects risky activity and events. The LANA Fleet dash records clear HD videos
day and night.

CAN I SEE THE SPEED OF THE VEHICLE IN VIDEOS?

You can view both the inside and exterior vehicle footage at the same, video
footage is time and date stamped along with the vehicle speed at the time of the
video.

DOES LANA FLEET DASHCAM RECORD AUDIO?

Yes, LANA Fleet Dashcams record audio inside the vehicle.

DO CAMERAS OPERATE THROUGH WI-FI?

Our LANA Fleet Dashcam does not require Wi-Fi to operate.

CAN YOU STREAM LIVE VIDEO FOOTAGE FROM A LANA FLEET DASHCAM?

Yes, you can live stream video footage from any LANA Dashcam in your fleet from
anywhere at anytime 24/7.

WHAT TYPE OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ARE LANA FLEET DASHCAM COMPATIBLE WITH?

LANA Fleet Dash cam comes with and OBDII telematics power cable, which means it
