By default, all notifications are turned on automatically. MANAGE NOTIFICATIONS To manage notifications: 1. Log into your Docusign Account. 2. Select your user icon in the top-right corner and select My Preferences 3. Beneath SIGNING AND SENDING select Notifications. 4. To the right, you'll notice all are turned on by default. Uncheck the box for any notification that you do not want to receive and select SAVE. Selections can be modified for both Sending Notifications and Recipient Notifications. Your notification preferences are updated and changes will be applied to all future envelopes. CHANGE WHEN YOU RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION To change what notifications are sent to you as a recipient: 1. Follow the steps above to navigate to your account Notifications. 2. Scroll down to the Recipient Notifications section. 3. Uncheck any notification (email) you wish to no longer receive.
