FIGHTER CONDITIONING

Get ready to sweat! Fighter Conditioning is a 50-55 minute full-body workout
that will truly test your endurance. This class will keep you on your toes as
you jump rope, shadow box, hit the heavy bag, run sprints, and much more!

FIGHTER STRENGTH

Fighter Strength is a 50-55 minute workout designed to improve your strength,
explosion, and balance. We’ll use a variety of tools to challenge you in a whole
new way. You WILL NOT need boxing gloves for this one.

FIGHTER TECHNIQUE

This class breaks down the techniques of boxing in a progression. You’ll master
the basics then advance to the finer points of boxing. If you’re looking to
sharpen your technique and/or become a competitor, this class is for you!

explaining the basics and the class was a great workout. Definitely looking

Peter Welch’s Gym held an amazing boxing class. As a beginner I was taught the
basic techniques to have an effective workout. I did not feel lost or behind, I
