Please note that this is a full trust guide. You may not have all the options
listed in this guide. Please check with your company what options they have
selected for you.

In order to join the trust you will need to enter some basic details about
yourself (and any family members you wish to include on your membership). Your
request to join the trust will then be referred to WPA for authorisation before
your details are added to the trust. Once your request to join has been
authorised and processed confirmation of your membership will be sent to you.

Please note we never disclose any personal information to third parties
(including your employer).
