With over 25 years of experience in the ERP software business, Karen has
occupied roles in both service delivery as well as sales and marketing. She also
holds the Project Management Professional certification (PMP) and other
technical certifications. Karen has also served in other leadership roles,
including Director of Professional Services, Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic
Region for EYT (formerly Ernst & Young Technology), and on the board for IAMCP
(International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners).



Karen understands the ERP Software ecosystem and helps clients select solutions
and supports their cloud migration. She is also the co-author of the book, ‘DCAA
Compliant Solutions – A Software Guide.’
