overlooking a wooded valley/ravine/deck/pool. Two walls are nearly all windows
with an open feel but Dave Osmond Builders retained a high level of privacy.
Separate HVAC and floor heating for the room. Vaulted the ceiling with clever
angles and beams for accent. Custom cabinets in the room plus a butler pantry
leading to a new side entrance. Textured stucco type custom walls for a
Mediterranean feel. Large storage area below. Totally new side entrance with
portico. Very cool."
