GDPR CONSENT REQUEST

This document aims to inform how your data are treated as a Candidate in the
context of an Executive Search processes developed by Odgers Berndtson (Winlead,
Lda) and to gather the consent for the purposes that require it.

DATA PROCESSING RESPONSIBLE

Winlead, Lda., a company with its Head office at Avenida António Augusto de
Aguiar, 130 – 2º. 1050-020 Lisboa


COLLECTED DATA

 * Identification Data (Name, birth date, gender, nationality);
 * Contact Date (address, e-mail, phone);
 * Family Data (marital status);
 * Professional Data (data included on Curriculum Vitae, namely academic degree,
   supplementary training, professional experience, other qualifications or
   competences);
 * Psychometric, psychological and competence and personality questionnaires
   results, intended solely for the assessment of professional competences.
    

PURPOSES & FUNDAMENTALS


1. To fulfill the legal obligations we process your personal data for:


 * Compliance with legal obligations arising from the activity performed by
   Odgers Berndtson.




2. For legitimate interest reasons we treat your data to:


 * Preliminary diligence of the recruitment & selection process, which consists
   of an initial selection of Candidates made through consultations with
   internal databases, public sources such as websites, or social networks,
   namely Linkedin, or through internal or external referral, and also through
   direct contacts with target organizations;
 * Performing a Talent Mapping or Candidate Search, to allow Odgers Berndtson to
   have a specific market area knowledge;
 * Incorporate contact agenda;
 * Marketing purposes, Odgers Berndtson may send, newsletters, events, among
   others, related to their services and business activity.




3. We need your consent which we will collect later in this form for:


 * To integrate a recruitment & selection process, and prepare the corresponding
   reports for the recruiting entities;
 * Verification of academic and professional data;
 * Maintaining CV data for use in another recruitment & selection processes;
 * Processing the results of psychometric, psychological tests and
   questionnaires on skills and personality, designed exclusively to assess
   professional aptitude (including those obtained during a selection interview
   or recruitment stage, which will also be collected, processed, and kept for
   the applicable period).



DATA COMUNICATION


Data collected and held by Odgers Berndtson may be transmitted, with due
obligation of confidentiality and the principal purpose that regulated its
collection, to the following entities: 


 * Recruiter entities;
 * Recruiters entities who may be interested in candidates with similar
   characteristics in case you have allowed Odgers Berndtson to keep your data
   in their systems for validation and suitability for another recruitment &
   selection processes;
 * To the companies Ray Human Capital – Consultores, Lda. and Winlead, Lda
   (Odgers Berndtson).

RETENTION PERIOD OF PROVIDED DATA


The Data will be kept during 7 (seven) years after the last interaction with the
candidate.


PERSONAL DATA RIGHTS


Under the Personal Data Protection Law, the right to access, update, rectify,
delete, port, limit and delete your personal data is guaranteed. You also have
the right to file a complaint before the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados
(CNPD). The exercise of these rights must be done to the Data Protection Officer

INFORMED CONSENT

For the purposes identified above we require your consent. This consent does not
compromise services provided by Odgers Berndtson and may be withdrawn at any
time via email: lisboa@odgersberndtson.com

Consent: 
a) Executive Search process: I allow Odgers Berndtson to handle my personal data
collected as part of an executive search processes, and to prepare a
corresponding report for recruiter’s entities.
b) Academic and professional data validation: I allow Odgers Berndtson to be
able to verify and confirm my qualifications, career path and contact the
educational institutions where I studied at, or professional organizations in
which I obtained qualifications, to confirm the completion dates of my studies
and the qualifications obtained.
c) Academic and professional data maintenance for another executive search
process: I allow OB to keep my data in its systems, and to use it internally and
continuously for validation and suitability for other executive search
processes, as well as for such data to be transmitted to other recruiting
entities or to companies’ member of the IRG Advisors LLP group, and Ray Human
Capital - Consultores, Lda. and Winlead, Lda.
d) Data processing collected in psychometric, psychological tests and
questionnaires on skills and personality, intended solely to assess professional
aptitude.
