PAYMENT

A valid credit card is required to purchase an in-person conference pass through
this site. If you would like to bill conference passes to your AWS account,
please contact customer support.


GROUP PASSES

CLOSED

Group passes allow you to purchase two or more passes in a single transaction.
If you are purchasing group passes and plan to attend the event yourself, select
Assign a pass to myself during pass selection. Upon completing the group pass
purchase, you’ll be sent a registration code valid for the number of passes you
purchased. This code should be distributed to each person attending the event.
Each person must register through their own account.

Interested in a group pass discount? Group packages offer volume-based
incentives and unique benefits for bulk purchases beginning at a minimum of 5
passes, only when billed to your AWS Account. Please reach out to our customer
support team at awsreinforce-support@amazon.com for additional details or to
begin the group package invoicing process. Terms and conditions apply.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Please refer to the cancellation policy listed in the event website FAQs. An
event registration may be transferred to another participant at the sole
discretion of AWS. To request a transfer of your event registration, contact
customer support.

AWS re:Inforce offers the following services:

BEFORE YOU REGISTER

Select Log in only if you’ve previously registered for re:Inforce 2023 or
re:Invent 2023, and enter the email and password you used for those events.

Select Create account if you have not registered for either of those events or
are using a different email address. Upon submitting the account credentials,
you will be emailed a verification code from no-reply@awsevents.com to confirm
your email. The verification code may take several minutes to arrive depending
on your email’s security settings. The code expires after 15 minutes.
