STAFF ARE GREAT, BUT HOTEL IS DREADFUL
Incredibly dated location with dingy stained carpets throughout, one of the
sadder gyms I’ve recently seen in a hotel, semi-functional AC and overall a
sad state of affair. Staff deserves all credit for being attentive and
lovely, but that is enough to compensate for the fact that no updates
appear to have been made since the doors opened.

BEST HOTEL AND STAFF
I was at the St. Regis hotel for a two week stay, and the hotel and staff
were all just amazing! The hotel was very clean and very well decorated,
and my room and view was just amazing. But the best part of my stay was the
hotel staff. They made my two week stay totally amazing. This was my first
trip to Abu Dhabi, and now it won't be my last!

BEST PEOPLE EVER
Absolute touch of elegance and beauty. Always feel so special while in Abu
Dhabi St. Regis. The best hotel ever. My personal deep thanks to Omnia from
the Catch, Uditha from the Beach Bar and always so happy to see and
communicate with Bingo from the Beach entrance service. All together people
who are working in this hotel is absolutely wonderful, such a friendly and
respected team.

TOP SERVICE
I spent one week at St. Regis Abu Dhabi and I felt so pampered. All the
staff was ready to respond to our needs and even if we were unlucky from an
environmental point of view (it was forbidden to take a bath in the sea on
the corniche) the consierge arranged everithing to help us enjoy the beach
at Sadiyat. Thanks for your kindness
