HISTORY OF CITI INDONESIA

1968

Established As A Full Branch Under First National City Bank In Jakarta.
1980

First bank to introduce electronic banking.
1986

First foreign bank to introduce ATM machines.
1989

First foreign bank to introduce credit cards to the Indonesian market.
1993

Pioneered 24/7 customer service via CitiPhone.
1998

Launched Citi Peka community center.
2007

Launched e-PIB for online import tax payment.
2013

Launched CitiDirect BE Mobile and Tablet.
2016

Strengthening digitization via MobilePASS and Citi Mobile.
2021

As part of its strategy refresh, Citi announced its plan to exit its retail
banking business in 13 markets.Citi Indonesia will continue to operate as it
does today through the Institutional Clients Group (ICG) where it offers TTS
(Treasury and Trade Solutions), MSS (Markets and Securities Services/
Custodian), BCMA (Banking Capital Market Advisory), CCB (Citi Commercial Bank)
and Capital Market Services through PT. CSI (Citigroup Sekuritas Indonesia).
