                   Neighborhoood Association !!
 A new natural gas service line could be installed for wynnrock in the future,
Excavation and labor costs go up daily,  installed underground service pipeing
could be a possibility ? can be a go fund me ? If u want texas gas service?

A new engineered bridge is going in on ledgestone terrace for stormwater runoff
remediation ,if it ever rains again.




Wynnrock Estates/Cedar Ridge Estates is located Southwestern Travis County in
Austin Texas.  We are a "Covenent Restricted" subdivision with approx. 120+
single family residential acreage homesites on wooded lots with native oaks,
elms and cedars. We are now the fastest growing growth corridor in Travis
county, Real estate development is everywhere and smart planning is essential to
proactive developments.

Wynnrock Estates is less than ten miles from Zilker Park.  It is a breathtaking
area comprised of ACL Concert areas, soccer fields, disc-golf courses, botanical
and rose gardens, picnic areas, jogging trails, a sculpture garden, and even a
small train that circles the park for kids of all ages.  It is a favorite for
Austinites for outdoor music festivals,dog walking, picnicing, soccer, frisbee
golf, or just hanging out under the oak and pecan trees. 

Barton Springs is awesome,resulting from the culmination of an 18 mile creek
with a dam that forms a natural limestone swimming area.  The water temperature
of Barton Springs is 68 degrees year-round, allowing swimmers the opportunity to
swim, dive, and soak year round.  Water flow in the spring and early summer is
influenced by the weather patterns and is enjoyed by swimmers,tubers,and
picnickers.
It is flanked on both sides by trails that are used by mountain-bikers and
hikers.

The Town lake hike and bike trails are also easily accessable. The "Circle C
golf club is within a seven mile radius to our subdivision.

We also have nearby "Dick Nichols" park with a large modern "Heated"  pool with
a playground and adjacent tennis and basketball courts. The Will Hampton public
library is also within a short driving distance.

Wynnrock Estates subdivision location has benefited from various nearby colleges
including Austin Community College, and The University of Texas at Austin. 
Southwest Travis County has some of the newest and most modern schools.
Exceptional teaching staffs are prevalent.  Wynnrock-Estates children receive a
top-shelf education in modern facilities located within a short driving radius
from our entrance.

During this time of Social Distancing this item is the safest way to get
information and how business gets done.

Engineering and blueprint revisions for Ledgestone Terrace CIP Flood Control
improvement project continue for public safety enhancements.   4 new box
culverts will be  installed and concrete aprons and tree overgrowth & brush
removals in drainage areas are projected.


Traffic Signal:
Any interest in initiating a updated Traffic Light Survey and traffic count info
for Ledgestone Terrace & 290 West  intersection? row acqisition will need to
occur to realign intersection for traffic lite installation.

 A  new and current traffic count survey request to TXDOT, thru their
public safety information office can be requested to review vehicular safety
statistics and analysis for 2023-2024 and beyond thru their complaint line or
website inquiry.


Residents have expressed interest in a Spring Q1 2023 meet and greet to
discuss new subdivision business, communicate, elect new officers,organize and
review new issues at hand within the subdivision .  We have new "Surveys" Posted
now.  Please discuss a spring meeting with your neighbors and contact or email
webmaster for more details. A covered dish or BBQ's have always been nice events
to meet your neighbors and visit.

Also, Remember that Fall leaf Yard Cleaning is ocurring now !
Resident Resources
Wynnrock Residents, We do have a resident Lost and Found section for missing
Pets with picture capability and a Classified section to post services or sell
uneeded or used items as garage sale merchandise, etc. Please submit your Ad
Info, as this is a free service for our residents.
Recreation Info
Check out the Port Aransas fishing report, info from TravelTex.com, and the
lowest local gas prices.
