HEROES OF BRAZIL

We consider HEROES, those who are elected officials or not, that are risking
their freedoms and even their lives, to denounce all the corruption, tyranny and
abuses and etc. that been happing in Brazil these days. These are the ones we
follow, but certainly tere are many more. Please suggest yours.





VILLIAINS OF BRAZIL

Villians of Brazil, are those who are assaulting the nation "by the hour". There
are many players from all over the world, from all backrounds, colors,
interests, reasons and etc., but most saddly: Brazilians themselves routing
against Brazilians, barring the country from progressing. In the private sector,
in the political arena: Executive, Legislative and the Judiciary, crimes against
the Brazilian people has happened for decades, but there's an escalation in the
very recent years, especially within the Tribunal Supreme Court or STF with its
eleven Ministers/Justices: Gilmar Mendes, Luiz Fux, Edson Fachin, Carmen Lucia,
Roberto Barroso, Dias Toffoli, Alexandre de Moraes, Nunes Marques, André
Mendonça, Christiano Zanin e Flavio Dino.

Most of them are suspects of using their position as Ministers to commit crimes
agains the constitution, against the Brazilian people, but not only, they use
their position to illicitly enrich themselves in the most openly and shamefully
way. In the list from bad to worst, are: Roberto Barroso, Dias Toffoli, Gilmar
Mendes e Alexandre de Moraes. We will put a special enfasis on Alexandre de
Moraes.    




WHO IS ALEXANDRE DE MORAES


WE WOULD LIKE THE WORLD TO KNOW THAT, THE MEDIA HAS BEEN AMONG THE GREAT
RESISTANCE TO PROGRESS, FREEDOM OF SPEACH, AND A TRUE DEMOCRACY IN MANY
"DEMOCRATIC COUNTRIES, WHICH INCLUDE: BRAZIL AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT! THE UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA.  





ALEXANDRE DE MORAES IS ONE OUT OF ELEVEN SUPREME COURT IN BRAZIL.

Married with three children, Alexandre de Moraes studied at the Law Faculty of
the University of São Paulo, graduating in 1990.

Moraes is an associate professor of the Law School, University of São
Paulo (USP). Doctored in State Law in the same university under the supervision
of professor Dalmo Dallari, he presented a thesis about constitutional
jurisdiction.

He was a member of the Brazilian Social Democracy Party (PSDB). In 2002, he was
appointed Secretary of Public Security of the State of São Paulo. Alexandre
Moraes has been involved in several corruption related scandals. Alexandre
Moraes is suspected of receiving $4 million from a company that was part of the
nation's largest graft scheme involving the Workers' Party (Partido dos
Trabalhadores - PT) investigated by the Federal Police. Despite several
corruption allegations and controversies Mr. Moraes was nominated minister of
the Supreme Federal Court by president Michel Temer, with suspition that it was
a "payback" favor to Mr Moraes by Michel Temer, for keeping nude pictures of Mr.
Temer's wife from going viral on internet sites. On 22 February 2017, Alexandre
de Moraes suceeded minister Teori Zavascki, who was killed on 19 January 2017 in
a plane crash, while overseeing the investigation of politicians linked to the
nation's largest graft scheme.

Alexandre Moraes assumed office on 22 March 2017. As minister, he claims to
defend a policy of "zero tolerance". He denounced the alleged "criminal
attitudes" and openly defended and protected leftist movements and justified
police violence. He was at the centre of another controversy when the daily
Estadao published an investigation claiming that he had intervened to defend the
Transcooper cooperative, suspected of being linked to Brazil's main drug
trafficking group, the First Command of the Capital(PCC), which he denied of
course.

In June 2020, 10, Mr Moraes - in response to a legal challenge from three
political parties - said the health ministry must "fully re-establish the daily
divulgation of epidemiological data on the Covid-19 pandemic", including on its
website: Mr Moraes gave President Jair Bolsonaro's government 48 hours to
release the full figures again.

In August 2022, 16, Moraes was elected as the presiding justice of the Superior
Electoral Court, in a public ceremony with 2000 guests at the court auditorium.
The justice Ricardo Lewandowski took place as his vice-president on duty.
