They're sending to a bad cached address.  The user will need to remove the
individual address by starting a new email and typing in the address and
clicking the X to the right of the suggestion Outlook provides.  They can then
either type out the full address or select it from the Global Address List.

The other option is you take
the IMCEAEX-_O=My+20Domain_OU=EXCHANGE+20ADMINISTRATIVE+20GROUP+20+28FYDIBOHF23SPDLT+29_CN=RECIPIENTS_CN=All+20Employees664@mydomain.com
and convert it to the ExchangeLegacyDN value of whatever they're trying to send
to and add it as an X500 address to the group.

The issue should also go away after the GAL has been rebuilt and the address
book recached in their client.  About a day or two.

Is the address automatically being populated in the To: field? You may have
to remove the cached address and then pull it again from the address book so
   the address is correct.

Ok would this also stop me from being able to send via OWA?

How can I make this a "ExchangeLegacyDN"

I don't know for sure if it would or wouldn't impact OWA users.

The below URL will provide details on how to convert the bounce to an
   ExchangeLegacyDN.

   http:/ Opens a new window/msexchangeguru.com/2012/03/15/x500

I'd recommend sending users instructions on how to clear their cache and
details to either download a new address book or wait till it recaches.  This
is a client side issue that happens to have a server side fix.

It seems to have impacted OWA users as well. I still get the bounce back
   using OWA. Strange

It looks like OWA offers cached address suggestions as well so it makes
   sense.

Ok. I got it working but my problem now is that. There is one email address
that I don't want to send to. Is there a way to filter this out?

   Thanks,

As a dynamic group you'll need to work the logic in such a fashion that it
excludes the mailbox in question.  If you want to send an email to the list
and exclude an address just this time then you'll need to manually add each
recipient to the email.  There's no way to expand the membership of a dynamic
distribution group in Outlook and see who will receive the emails because the
recipient list is not actually created until an email is sent to the
   distribution group.

Same problem with Outlook 2016. Removed the cached address and it continues
to fail. Address used with hotmail / Outlook GAL (if GAL is the right term),
tried to send via Exchange corporate server (since 3 email addresses link to
this single Outlook client. Once I move the outbound sender to hotmail, it
works. Through work email, it fails, consistently. Thoughts?

If you are receiving email bounceback messages when sending to an email
   address, do the following:

   Clear Outlook's Autocomplete addresses.

   Select the File tab.
In the left menu pane, select Options.
In the left menu pane, select Mail.
Scroll down to the Send messages heading.

Click the Empty Auto-Complete List button.
To confirm deleting all Autocomplete entries, click the Yes button.
Click OK to close the Outlook Options window.

Once you complete those steps then

   Update the Outlook address book.

   Select the File tab.
   Click the Account Settings button.
From the drop-down list, select Download Address Book....
Place a check in the Download changes since last Send/Receive check box.
Click OK. A progress window will automatically open and close when the
   process is complete.
If a distribution list contains an Exchange user's previous email address,
delete the incorrect email address and then add the correct email address.
