When leaders in Arrowhead’s Automotive Aftermarket Program saw a need in the
marketplace to help auto dealers better organize and insure their loaner
vehicles, the team stepped in with a solution: Daily Rental Program. It’s a case
study in innovation – and in successful acquisitions.

Arrowhead took over management of QBE’s small commercial product a few years ago
and quickly turned it, with the support teams and systems we had in place to
give the program the attention it needs. In less than 18 months, forms were
filed in all 50 states and 8 lines of business were offered on a new platform.

When Arrowhead took up Zurich’s challenge of growing Automotive Aftermarket,
assuming management of their program in 2012, we began looking for ways to offer
a wider range of market opportunities for their producers.

radically streamlined the process several years ago called Quick Quote. More
