The FiNet office will be closed Thursday, November 23rd, Friday, November 24th
and, as usual, Saturday and Sunday. If you are a merchant in need of immediate
assistance with a service issue that cannot wait until Monday, refer to your
account documentation or terminal hardware for the 24/7 after-hours help desk
number specific to your processor or equipment provider.

TSYS, one of our processing partners, identified a system issue that caused
delays in funding accounts. They have since isolated the cause of the delay and
started clearing the settlement files. As a result, most affected customers have
already started receiving their delayed deposits, and more will be posted as the
process continues.

Some customers may hear an error message when calling our 800 number. We
recommend trying again with a different mobile carrier, using a landline,
calling our secondary number (330.702.8415), contacting your FiNet
representative directly or visiting the Contact Us section for more options. We
continue to work with our provider and the national carriers to resolve this
issue.
