GAINES NIX. WE PROVIDE HIGH-LEVEL EXPERTISE IN SPILL RESPONSE/CLEAN UP,
INDUSTRIAL CLEANING, DRILLING AND WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES. HEADQUARTERED IN
PORTLAND, TX, WE ALSO HAVE OFFICES IN HARLINGEN AND SAN ANTONIO, TX.

ABOUT OUR COMPANY

We are particularly proud of our ability to balance your needs with the needs of
the environment and the governmental regulations enacted to protect it. Our firm
can assist you with charting a course consistent with existing regulations while
keeping abreast of pending changes and newly emerging concepts in environmental
recovery processes.

Should drilling services be required, GAINCO is fully equipped with rigs and
experienced personnel to complete your project and deal with the most difficult
situations. Our emphasis is on spill response, general environmental and
industrial services, tank cleaning and waste management services for the
petroleum industry, developers, government, chemical industries, and oilfield
companies.

GAINCO is certified s a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) by the State
of Texas, and as a woman owned business through the Women’s Business Enterprise
National Council.

GAINCO’s principals and key personnel possess over 70 years of environmental
experience. We offer broad expertise in managing your job from start to finish.
GAINCO provides support personnel consisting of assistant professional staff,
field technicians, and administrative assistants.

Serving Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana statewide. Nueces County, San
Patricio County, Aransas County, Kleberg County, Jim Wells County, Rio Grande
Valley, Permian Basin, Corpus Christi, Harlingen, McAllen, Edinburg, Houston,
San Antonio, Midland, Odessa and more.

GAINCO is dedicated to providing an informed and safe working environment. Our
OSHA-Certified personnel stay current on industry development through regular
training covering regulatory changes, technology developments, hazardous
materials handling and workplace safety. A copy of our standard Health and
Safety Program is available upon request. Standard safety training is augmented,
whenever necessary, with site-specific safety training covering situations
unique to a particular client location.
