SERVICE AND WARRANTY

Your Tesla is designed to require as little maintenance as possible. For minor
maintenance and repairs, step-by-step guidance is available. If additional
service is needed, schedule a service appointment in the Tesla app.

New vehicles are protected by a New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Used Model S or
Model X cars purchased through Tesla are covered under the Used & Extended Used
Vehicle Limited Warranty.


PURCHASE DOCUMENTS

Purchase documents, including the Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement, will be
available in your Tesla Account after taking delivery. To access them, sign in
to your Tesla Account and select 'Manage' under the appropriate vehicle. Signed
documents will be visible under the 'Glovebox' section.


REGISTRATION AND INCENTIVES

The registration process varies by state of registration. Learn how titling and
registration works in your state.

As a new Tesla owner, you may be eligible for savings at the state and/or local
level. Find out more about electric vehicle and solar incentives.


MAKING PAYMENTS

Below outlines when to expect more information regarding monthly payments with
Tesla Financing/Leasing.

What You'll Receive by Mail When TD Auto Finance First billing statement,
privacy notice and new customer information for assistance in servicing your
loan Around 21 days prior to first payment due date
Wells Fargo Welcome packet that includes first statement Around 21 days prior to
first payment due date US Bank** Welcome letter, followed by the first statement
Around 21 days prior to first payment due date
Chase Welcome kit that includes a welcome letter, first quarterly statement and
instructions for Autopay Two to three weeks after receiving original loan
documents

TD Auto Finance What You'll Receive by Mail: First billing statement, privacy

CHARGING YOUR TESLA

The easiest way to charge your Tesla is at your home, overnight. Home charging
equipment can be installed by a local independent electrician or Tesla
installation services (if available).

For longer road trips, charge at a nearby Supercharger or Destination Charging
site.


PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

Tesla offers a variety of accessories to complement your vehicle and ownership
