HOW MUCH DOES YOUR AVERAGE RESEARCH TAKE?

Typical researches take between 3 days to 3 weeks, depending on what is the
task. For example, it is easy to define an ICP, but it's harder if we need to
find people to interview.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

ᐯ

We offer 2 payment models: one is pricing per project while the other is a
retainer. Usually, branding agencies would hire us for a single project to try
us out and then they engage in the retainer contracts.

Pricing per project varies, but the prices start at just $500 for the simplest
projects

IS THERE A PROJECT LIMIT ON THE RETAINER CONTRACT?

You can make as many research requests as you'd like. However, we are able to
process 1 research request at a time. You do get your own dedicated team of
researchers, so you'll always have resource available to you.

HOW DO YOU COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CLIENTS?

Once we've engaged in a contract, you'll be added to your very own Slack
channel, where we will be available 5 days of the week. Although, we do check
our Slacks even when outside working hours, just in case something urgent pops
up :)

HOW DO YOU WORK WITH BRANDING AGENCIES?

We would usually do our work before the branding strategy phase. So, whenever
you onboard a new client, you would send them our form (you can white-label
it). The client fills in the information and then we begin the research process.
After we've finished, we jump on a call with you to present you the findings and
provide recommended next steps.
