This two and a half-day seminar provides an introduction to the healthcare landscape from a BCBS perspective, including topics such as the Healthcare Landscape in Washington from the BCBSA perspective and a BlueCard® Overview. It also covers professional development topics such as communication skills and personal branding that will help attendees become a well-rounded BCBS employee.
