<p>Do not save files containing patient or hospital information on an unencrypted laptop or a non-hospital workstation. </p>
<h3>Mandatory Carbon Black Software</h3>
<p>All laptops that use Full Client VPN (personal and BCH laptops) must be encrypted and have one of the Security software applications installed. This software is provided free-of-charge for all BCH Employees.</p>

<p>Installing the Pulse Secure Installer Service facilitates client upgrade without requiring full administrative right, and is therefore highly recommended.</p>
