   strategies, programmes and projects and comprises 5 key dimensions.

   These council case studies explore the impacts, benefits and resources needed
   to tackle climate change locally. Share with your local authority to
   galvanise change, from reducing landfill waste to protecting nature. While
   Friends of the Earth supports these specific projects, this doesn't always
   extend to the councils' wider environmental policies.

 * Full Business Case (FBC)
   
   This is based on the Treasury green book project guidance using the 5 case
   model. The Full Business Case (FBC) concentrates primarily on revisiting and
   updating the conclusions of the Outline Business Case (OBC) and documenting
   the outcomes of the procurement.

 * Outline Business Case (OBC)
   
   This is based on the Treasury green book project guidance using the 5 case
   model. The Outline Business Case increases the maturity of the 5 cases in the
   5 cases model.

 * Transport Technology Forum
   
   Starter Guide to Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Rollout for Local
   Authorities
   
   This guidance is aimed at local authorities, their officers and consultants
   who are considering implementing and deploying Electric Vehicle (EV) charging
   infrastructure. It is intended to provide an overview of the issues,
   opportunities and challenges that should be considered as part of the
   decision process.
