THE FILE DESIGN CAN EVEN BE CUSTOMIZED TO YOUR NEEDS. To use Presentation Pack, simply build an agenda as you normally would. After you've published the agenda, follow these steps: 1.) SELECT THE PRESENTATION ICON ON THE AGENDA PAGE. 2.) INSTALL THE DECISIONS DOCUMENT MANAGER (IF NOT ALREADY DONE) Decisions will open up the PowerPoint app after you clicked the icon above. You will need to install the Decisions Meeting Document Manager add-in if you have not done so already to continue on. 3.) OPEN UP THE SIDE-PANEL Click the Decisions icon in the top right to open up the side panel, which will allow you to choose which content you want to merge into the PowerPoint, including whether or not to add a cover page. 4. GENERATE THE POWERPOINT This will merge all the requested information into one file, with separate sections for agenda items. If another PowerPoint is attached to the agenda, it will natively pull in the entire file as part of the new presentation. 5. SAVE AND CUSTOMIZE THE FILE FURTHER From here, you can modify the file just as you would a normal PowerPoint, and distribute to team members accordingly. If you make changes to the original agenda, you can regenerate the presentation file to sync any changes made as well. CUSTOM DESIGN Like with several other features in Decisions, this output file can be customized to meet the design, branding or structure needs of your organization.
