WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY Desiree Kowash Mark came out right away to address the slightest bit of water in our downstairs livingroom carpet. He inspected the house (inside and out) and found a crack in the concrete slab under the carpet and pad. We assume some water had wicked up from the ground as the pad was very wet, but there was no standing visable water. He recommended how to fix it and emailed us a quote. We had a few other companies come look at it, but felt that Mark's explaination and fix fit best for our issue. Deanna from the office was pleasant and kind to work with. We paid 50% upfront easily online. Tyson and Charles came out to do the work quickly and were excellent at communicating their schedule and the work that they did. When the work was completed we paid the remaining 50%. MTU was wonderful to work with and we would recommend them to anyone with foundational/water issues. Angie German Mark and his crew were fabulous. They helped us with our home crisis and sinking, cracking and falling apart foundation. Mark was knowledgeable, quick to respond to questions and friendly. His crew worked hard in the cold weather and were so kind. Deanna in the billing department made everything go smoothly. Truly a united and trustworthy company. I would highly recommend to my family and friends. Sandy Repsold The crew was fabulous and really knew how to fix our major structural support issues. Mark was very hands-on, communicating with the crew and with us and always asking for approval before proceeding. So happy! Dillon Simmons I worked with this contractor on a project where the basement of a commercial property was experiencing a reoccurring water intrusion issue when high volumes of rain would build up in the soil around a basement window and would seep through the stem wall into the building. Our client decided to move forward with there proposal to install a drywell for a gutter downspout and excavate and replace some soil in a window well with pea-gravel and there attention to detail and willingness to work with us and our client was fantastic. I have spoke to the owner several times on previous bid projects and he has always been very responsive, knowledgeable, and informative. I would recommend this contractor on future projects. Edna “Eddie” Bronson I was having SEVERE water issues, MTU was able to fix the grading issue, they dealt with it just like they said they would and on time. It was fun to watch from the warm cozy chair inside. Happy Camper Mark and his team did a wonderful job adding two French drains on our property. The job was absolutely grueling in the summer sun and his team worked hard and got the job done almost on time. Cindy McCarey Mark is very efficient and did a lot of work in the one day he was here.
