Vendor evaluation system was created for a Hydro company enabling system to
dynamically assign purchase order to the vendor with the correct inventory at
hand. Using this automated and integrated system, the company freed up resources
to perform other mission critical activities

Created pre-upgrade SAP process and customization check to identify non-usable
custom exits and BADI’s, allowing the saving of system resources and improving
performance

Developed single workflow to deliver automated notification from eleven steps of
performance appraisal process to the employee and manager, thereby reducing
manual intervention and automating the whole process

Created dashboard and a web action screen enabling BASIS admins to automate the
pre and post refresh activities allowing them to control the routine tasks all
from one screen

Setup pre-define organizational structure for a clear reporting structure
allowing HR personnel to add and delete users without affecting your core
workflows

Developed a dashboard to perform transports, monitor logs, fix issues, resubmit
transport request in case of errors, from one place. Empowered SAP support
personnel to perform entire transport process from one screen without going into
the various transaction codes and OS logs, increasing productivity and saving
time

Real time data encryption enabling users to view encrypted or un-encrypted data
depending if the security role is assigned to them. Helped customer avoid high
licensing cost to buy products related to data scrambling saving them money

Created a custom solution for SOD which acted as mini GRC allowing a small
business to save money on high licensing cost of GRC

Created SAP ALV report to trace and dump users viewing data from important
tables in SAP HR or SAP Finance data, allowing auditors to see who is accessing
sensitive data so they can enforce strict audit and compliance on user access
and policies

Challenged the system by enabling cross company GL posting which was not a
standard SAP feature
