Luis Mojica is an intellectual property lawyer, with almost 30 years of
experience. Before co-founding TMC Legal 20+ years ago, Luis started his career
working in the corporate and intellectual property department of Arthur
Andersen. He provides customized intellectual property services for overseas and
national clients, on protecting their intangible assets, patents and trademarks
in Mexico, across a variety of industries and services.

Luis has also extensive experience in prosecution, enforcement and management of
international portfolios, information technology related risks such as data
protection and its related compliance requirements. Luis holds a Master degree
in IP, copyrights and tech.

Luis is a member of the Mexican Branch of the AIPPI, which is the Mexican
Intellectual Property Bar Association (AMPPI), the National Business Lawyer
Association (ANADE), the International Trademark Association (INTA).

Luis speaks native Spanish and fluent English.

Carlos Niño is an international trade & business lawyer, also specialized in tax
law and immigration, with almost 30 years of experience. Before co-founding TMC
Legal 20+ years ago, Carlos started his career working in the Big Four. He
provides expert advisory and bespoke legal services for clients based on every
continent, regarding their ventures in Mexico, across a wide range of industries
and services.

He regularly speaks at conferences related to corporate legal matters on
venturing into Mexico, foreign trade and customs and tax reforms in Mexico.
Carlos holds a number of degrees from renowned universities in Mexico. New York
and San Diego.

Carlos is a member of the Bar Association of Mexican Lawyers (BMA), National
Business Lawyer Association (ANADE), United States – Mexico Chamber of Commerce,
Latamcham Singapore’s Chamber of Commerce, Belgium Chamber of Commerce in Mexico
(BMBC), and many more professional organizations.

Karla Galindo, is a foreign trade and immigration associate. She graduated with
a degree from a Mexican law school, and also holds a number of degrees in
intellectual property, international trade, import and export, and immigration.

With 15+ years of experience in immigration matters, Karla is in charge of
coordinating expatritation processes such as residency cards, migratory
documents, work permits for foreign citizens, compliance with National
Immigration Authority requirements for companies.

Karla is also an expert on foreign trade and customs, managing applications and
compliance of trade treaties and agreements signed with Mexico, import and
export logistics, and maquiladora-related matters.

Karla speaks native Spanish, and fluent English.

Director

Lucie Hiver, Head of International Desk, is a French chartered accountant with
over 15 years of international experience. During her career she has worked with
a Big Four firm in Paris as a consultant for listed companies, then with a
number of global organizations before setting up an independent consulting firm
in Mexico (transaction services, business intelligence, IT consulting).

She has extensive experience not only in finance but also in the setting up,
acquisition, divestment, and restructuring of businesses especially on the
Mexican market. She advises the firm’s clients on the set up, growth and
development of their ventures in Mexico.

Lucie is a French native, and speaks fluent English, Spanish and Aramaic.

Pamela Moscosa is an intellectual property associate. Before joining TMC Legal
over 10 years ago, she worked in two different law firms on intellectual

Associate

Rogelio Rocha is a business law associate. He holds a number of specialized law
degrees from various universities and Masters degree in corporate and business
law from the CIFF business school in Madrid.

Rogelio has over 10 years of legal experience during which he has worked on a
wide range of law matters, in various industries and services, focussing mainly
on all-inclusive soft-landing services for overseas companies launching their
business in Mexico. This includes the incorporation of subsidiaries and branch
offices of foreign companies, commercial agreements and employment contracts.

Rogelio speaks native Spanish, fluent English and basic French.
