ABOUT US

Alexprom is a team of rope access technicians who have been engaged in
industrial mountaineering since 2008. During this time, our team has gained a
lot of experience and achieved success in various directions. We include
experienced builders, roofers, painters, welders, electricians, air conditioners
and other professionals. We use rope access (mountaineering) techniques and work
on building facades, sloping roofs, metal structures, industrial facilities and
other hard-to-reach places. Each high-altitude worker undergoes training and has
permits for high-altitude work. Some of us have international experience and
IRATA certification - Industrial Rope Access Trade Association.



SERVICES


WINDOW CLEANING

Window cleaning of residential buildings, facade glazing of hotels, restaurants,
shopping and business centers. Professional detergents and equipment are used
for window cleaning, which allows you to get rid of stains and give the windows
a shine, as well as avoid damage to glass, frames and window sills. We will
select the necessary detergents for any cleaning, even after construction work,
if necessary, we will carry out a water-jet cleaning of the facade glazing. Our
team will clean windows quickly, efficiently and safely, at any height and at
any time of the year.

 





INDUSTRIAL WASHING

Manual and water jet cleaning of industrial facilities, roofs, concrete and
metal surfaces. Cleaning and dedusting of metal structures, workshops,
warehouses, outside and inside. Routine cleaning and preparation of surfaces for
painting or anti-corrosion treatment. Working with sandblasting.

 


PAINTING

Painting, waterproofing and anti-corrosion treatment of building facades, roofs,
metal structures, power lines, silos, bridges, cranes, tanks, factories, oil and
gas pipelines, hull and holds of the ship. Fire protection surface treatment.
Work with hand and power tools, high pressure washers.

 


WALL INSULATION

Wall insulation of high-rise and private houses. Partial and complex insulation
of buildings. "Warm credit" for condominiums and housing cooperatives. Putty and
hydrophobization of facades. Repair, waterproofing and insulation of balconies,
loggias, roofs, windows, facade glazing, interpanel joints, slopes, cornices and
ebb tides.

 


ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY

Installation and dismantling of metal structures, advertising banners,
illumination, air conditioners, facade glazing, ventilation, ventilated facade,
solar panels, mobile communication masts, etc. Lifting and lowering of cargo,
furniture.

 


ROOFING

Roof repair, washing, waterproofing and painting. Installation, cleaning,
replacement, drain pipes and gutters. Cleaning from ice, snow and other debris.
Chimney repair.

 


INSPECTION

Survey, inspection of facades of buildings and industrial facilities. Photo and
video report. Non-destructive testing (non-destructive testing): visual,
capillary, magnetic powder and ultrasonic methods. Thickness measurement.

 


OTHER WORKS

We also carry out other work of varying complexity: dismantling and replacement
of double-glazed windows, welding, repair and maintenance of wind turbine
blades.
