Research shows that women, who are part of the non-dominant group, are 1.4 times more likely to receive critical, subjective feedback (Harvard Business Review.) Fair management is measured by the presence of nepotism or favoritism, positive and multidirectional feedback culture, clear and consistent communication, management biases, transparency, employee recognition, and pay equity. On November 17 from 12:00 – 12:45 PM ET (9:00 AM PT & 5:00 PM BST) we will be hosting a live webinar to discuss the impact fair management can have on your workplace and how to implement it.
