Nitrogen Generating
System (NGS)

AeroPartsTM can repair critical, high-cost components within your fuel tank
inerting system providing cost effective solutions that keep your aircraft’s NGS
system operating at peak performance.

Ozone
Converter

AeroPartsTM offers two proprietary solutions for restoring your catalytic ozone
converters. AeroCLEAN®, a safe and gentle process that restores minimum
performance. AeroCOAT®, a low cost alternative to recore with the TAT speed of
AeroCLEAN®, restores the unit’s efficiency & capacity to “Like-New.”

Metal/Composite Component Repair

From ducting to plenums, mufflers, water extractors and other high-cost parts,
AeroPartsTM offers a comprehensive range of testing, inspection and repair
solutions for complex metal and composite formed parts.

Specialized
Manufacturing

AeroPartsTM is a build-to-print manufacturer of complex sheet metal components
and includes drop-hammer metal forming capabilities. Our in-house foundry,
heat-treatment and welding are NADCAP and ISO/AS9100 accredited.
