AUR Leasing & Factoring is a joint stock company established in 2018 under law
159 for the year 1981, with a current authorized and paid capital of EGP 330
million. The company’s main shareholders are financial institutions of which two
are falling under a multi-lateral group and a leading bank in Egypt, which are
AUR Finance Investments, AUR Capital for Financial Consulting and Egyptian Gulf
Bank. AUR Leasing provides multiple leasing solutions to accommodate for any
financing need and cater for all varieties of assets such as real estate,
machinery and equipment and vehicles. Whereas AUR Factoring offers numerous
benefits for businesses in terms of finance by allowing entities to sell their
accounts receivables and quickly obtain liquidity and improve cash flow.

With the Egyptian government, attracting new investments and heavy expenditure
on new capital city and a network of roads. The need of multiple financing tools
is impending, and variety of different companies offering said tools is needed.
Therefore, the establishment of Company helped diversify financing tools by
introducing multiple leasing & factoring products in addition to widening the
leasing as well as the factoring base in Egypt as only few numbers of companies

FINANCIAL LEASE

The company provides leasing facilities to multiple sectors to accommodate their
financial needs in addition to providing multiple products & solutions to
complement those needs. Among the provided products are financing real estate
properties in terms of construction and development, machinery, commercial and
passenger vehicles, office and technology equipment.


SALES AND LEASE BACK

This product enables companies to free up locked cash in assets that have high
monetary value, so that they can be used in the operational cycle. This can be
done over real estate assets in terms of corporate buildings or factory premises
or over valuable production lines that are essential for maintaining productive
operational activities.


VENDOR PRODUCT

AUR Leasing is providing products financing under an automated lending program
that enables clients to utilize certain capex financing with respective limits
to be available with standard documents and automated risk evaluation, all of
which are executed with flexible payment structures and tenors. The offered
lending programs are designed for financing the following.


FACTORING

Factoring is one of the non-banking financial instruments. It provides short
term funding solution through securing immediate cash based on the future income
attributed to a particular amount due on accounts receivables or business
