VIEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 1.  The $60 savings is a waiving of our $60 connection fee. Offer applicable
     online only on Mobility orders for smartphones, connected devices (ie.
     tablets, smartwatches) and Bring Your Own Device plans. Offer applicable to
     Mobility consumer accounts only. Offer not applicable to Business,
     Corporate or EPP account types.
 2.  Devices purchased on the Bring-It-Back program must be returned in good
     working condition or you will be responsible for the difference between the
     Bring-It-Back program amount and the lower trade-in value for a device that
     is not in good working condition. Trade-in standards published at the time
     a device is returned will apply. Applicable sales taxes are due at time of
     purchase on the full purchase price. You will not be charged tax on the
     Bring-It-Back Program Amount if you choose to keep your device and pay back
     the Bring-It-Back Program Amount at, or before, the end of the 24 month
     term. Bring-It-Back program is only available while you subscribe to
     mobility service. If mobility service is cancelled before the end of the
     term, the Bring-It-Back Program Amount will be charged to your TELUS bill.
 3.  Subject to approved credit with a 24-month TELUS Easy Payment® agreement
     (0% APR) on any in-market plan with data and voice included. TELUS Easy
     Payment® balance will be repaid over a 24 month period via equal monthly
     payments. Payment of any outstanding TELUS Easy Payment® balance due upon
     termination, or account transfer. Applicable taxes are calculated based on
     the total no term price less any device discounts and must be paid in full
     at the time of purchase. Pay-per-use charges (including long distance,
     roaming and additional airtime or data) are extra.
 4.  Offers and prices subject to change without notice. Subscriptions are
     exclusively offered to Canadian TELUS customers with at least one TELUS
     service and are not currently subscribed to Stream+ with Netflix, Disney+
     and Amazon Prime. However, please note that eligibility may vary for
     customers in certain regions due to their connection type. Only one Stream+
     activation can be completed per MyTELUS account. Stream+ Basic bundle
     includes the following streaming services: Netflix Standard with Ads,
     Amazon Prime (ad supported starting in February 2024), Disney+ Standard
     with Ads and TELUS Films and Series. Regular price for Stream+ Basic is
     $20.00, plus applicable taxes and cannot be combined with other promotional
     offers. Account activation with Netflix, Amazon and Disney (the
     “Provider(s)”) is required and your use of these services is subject to
     each Provider’s applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy. If you
     have an existing account with any Provider, you must cancel it with this
     Provider and then redeem this offer in order to avoid double billing. Other

 5.  From April 18, 2024 - to May 16, 2024. For every new acquisition or
     renewing customer that purchases a select new Android mid-tier device,
     retail price of $500 or more, or Android certified pre-owned device, we'll
     plant one tree. Additionally, when trading in any preloved device in
     participating stores, we'll plant one tree. Promotion eligible in select
     TELUS and Koodo stores, online or via customer services representative.
     Trees planted will be to a maximum of 50,000 trees.
 6.  Google Circle to Search feature is available on compatible devices and
     requires an internet connection. Results may vary and are for illustrative
     purposes only.
 7.  Open Enrollment offer valid from April 8, 2024 to May 25, 2024. Some
     limitations and exclusions apply. Monthly plan price is $15/month plus
     applicable taxes. Coverage provides protection beyond your device’s 1-year
     manufacturer’s warranty which covers against defects in workmanship and
     materials as a result of normal use. Cracked screen repair may be available
     for eligible devices in select areas. Deductibles/Service fees may apply.

     FOR QUEBEC CUSTOMERS ONLY: NOTICE CONCERNING THE LEGAL WARRANTY The

 8.  Additional $10/month discount available to TELUS or Koodo Mobility
     post-paid customers who subscribe to TELUS home Internet 15 or faster
     plans. The additional $10/month discount will be applied to the Home
     Services bill for 24 months (or as long as the eligibility requirements are
     met). Eligibility for TV plans may vary by customer address. Final
     eligibility for the services will be determined by a TELUS representative.
     Offer subject to change without notice, while quantities last and cannot be
     combined with promotional prices. Available to residential customers who
     have not subscribed to Internet and Optik TV in the past 90 days. For
     customers signing up on a 24 month term, the Internet and Optik TV rate
     plan price is guaranteed to remain the same for the duration of the 24
     month term. Prices of features and add-ons such as unlimited internet data,
     a la carte TV channels/theme packs and premium TV content are not
     guaranteed during the 24 months and subject to change anytime. Offer
     includes Optik TV Core + 1 Premium and Internet 250 for a regular price of
     $153/mo. All prices do not include applicable taxes. $0 Unlimited data
     offer is only available to customers signing up on a 2 year internet
     service agreement. Regular pricing (currently $20 for Unlimited Data
     add-on) applies at month 25. Minimum system requirements apply. TELUS
     reserves the right to modify channel lineups and packaging, and regular
     pricing, without notice. 4K HDR television required to watch 4K HDR. Optik
     4K PVR and Internet 50 or above required to watch 4K HDR on Optik.

     service and reducing to $0 at the end of your commitment term. If you
     cancel a single service (Optik TV or Internet), the service cancellation
     fee is $360 declining by $15 per month and reducing to $0 at the end of
     your commitment term. Additional cancellation fees will be charged on the
     promotional gift received which will be the sum of $749.99, declining by
     $31.25 for every month of Internet service and reducing to $0 at the end of
     your commitment period. If all services are cancelled early, total fee will
     be $1,469.99 declining by $61.25 per month and reducing to $0 by the end of
     your commitment term. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition
     upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be
     charged to the account. Samsung 55CU7000 TV has a retail value of $749.99,
     based on the manufacturer’s suggested retail price.
 9.  Traditional copper wire or copper wire hybrid networks are subject to
     capacity constraints and environmental stresses that do not affect TELUS
     fibre optic technology, which is based on light signals. Not available in
     all areas.
 10. TELUS offers symmetrical speeds, with the exception of PureFibre Internet
     1.5G where the download speed is 1500 Mbps and upload speed is 940 Mbps.
     Not available in all areas. Minimum system requirements apply. Final
     eligibility for the services will be determined by a TELUS representative.
     Maximum speeds require optimal network conditions on a wired connection and
     may not be achievable using a single device. Internet access speeds may
     vary depending on location, usage within the home network, internet
