DELICIOUS LOBSTER RECIPE

Welcome to my blog! Today, I'm sharing a mouth-watering lobster recipe that's
perfect for any special occasion.


INGREDIENTS

 * 2 lobsters (about 1.5 pounds each)
 * 1/4 cup melted butter
 * 2 cloves garlic, minced
 * 1 lemon, sliced
 * Salt and pepper to taste
 * Fresh parsley for garnish


INSTRUCTIONS

 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
 2. Split the lobsters in half lengthwise and clean out the insides.
 3. Brush the lobster meat with melted butter and sprinkle with minced garlic,
    salt, and pepper.
 4. Place the lobsters on the grill, shell side down, and cook for about 10-12
    minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
 5. Remove from the grill and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
 6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
