and Inhabitants of Quebec the Serge Bourassa-Lacombe Foundation must continue to
denounce the Medical Mafia to defeat the Mental Illness in order to Build a
Better Country!...

For this purpose and in this Sunday June 20 2004 this finishes the design of

In an original manner this collar had a braid coming from the single brown horse

security there, Mr Mouley who is happy to first met me in front of the
importance of the combat that I carry out in order to possibly leave people who
are managed by trusteeship and who are ready to manage themselves by themselves.
Mr Mouley invites me to go to have a coffee at the restaurant located at the
basement, I goes there and I take a grapefruit juice (He wanted to offer it to
me whereas I had already paid it, his intention was good, it is what counts).
Then to 08:30, I go to the reception I meet Lise Bergeron which to 08:35 refers
me to Helene O'Connell who replaces the eyes and the ears of the Public Curator
Nicole Malo. I present myself and I summarize in a concise way the facts which
led me to come to Public Curator. It is that of March 27, 2003 to May 17, 2004
the «CHUS - HÔTEL-DIEU» prosecuted me before the Court of Quebec in order to
obtain ordinances of closed cure to keep me in the «CHUS - HÔTEL-DIEU» which
prosecuted me before the Superior Court of Canada in order to obtain an
ordinance of treatment of one (1) year on April 14, 2003 and one ordinance of
three (3) years treatment on May 17, 2004. In all these civil procedures against
my person the Curator Public was always put in cause. I have say to her that all
these ordinances were obtained after put me on the influence of the «Ghb» the
Gamma-hydroxybutyrate is Commonly called the narcotic of rape on March 22, 2003,
after to have me doped with at least ten (10) injections without my consent and
before to have even obtained an ordinance of treatment whereas they were not
necessary. I explained to her that the present complaint was made against 15
psychiatrists + 8 doctors + 3 hospitals + 2 ambulance men and that all these
people produced false medical reports to make me slip firstly on the social aid
for possibly making me slip like an invalid on the Control of the Regie des
rentes of Quebec. However, it is very dangerous of invalidated Serge Joseph
Adrien Bourassa-Lacombe bus at the same time we invalid his works which is Serge
Bourassa-Lacombe Foundation. Foundation which wants to defeat the Mental Illness
in order to build a Better Country and to be done it is necessary to denounce
the Medical Mafia. Because to had put the Public Curator in cause on the person
of Serge Joseph Adrien Bourassa-Lacombe that was not necessary. Mrs O'Connell at
09:05 asks me to waits one minute, she came back at 09:20 to ask me what do I
want from the Curator. I say to her whereas my work is not to do the work of the
Public Curator Nicole Malo but only if I would have Mrs Malo in front of me I
would strongly recommend not to put this document on a shelf but to take the
