SERVICES BEFORE YOU FILE We provide a broad range of information through our website and by phone. You can check information, get assistance and get forms. You can also e-file certain applications. In addition to a wide variety of self-service information, you can call our service line at the above number for assistance. You can also check to see our current processing time for an application before you file. Of course, a number of factors can affect our processing times, so they are subject to change. FILING SERVICES You can e-file certain applications. Most others must be filed by mail. Follow the instructions for the application you want to file. If you want to verify whether instructions have changed since you got your application forms, you can check our current form instructions. If the instructions say to file your application at one of our local offices, check the profile below to find your local office and find out whether you should file in person or must mail it to them.
