We have been using Social Care Consultants Ltd for a number of years.  They
supported us to make improvements to our service and we have achieved CQC
ratings of “good” at out last two inspections. Social Care Consultants Ltd make
sure that we are provided with necessary information, answer any questions we

Our Registered Manager attended a seminar that Tim Dallinger delivered in 2015.
Afterwards the manager said that we have to get Tim to look at our service. I
contacted Tim and arranged an audit. This identified many areas that we needed
to address. Tim supported us to address these and the CQC rated us as “good”.
 Following a change of registered manager, we have engaged Tim to carry out
further mock inspections and Tim also provides us with ongoing support.

Social Care Consultants Ltd have been undertaking monthly mock inspections of
our nursing home to support us to achieve compliance.  Tim arrives early (once
at 6am!), observes practice, educates when needed and provides us with a
detailed audit report. We send the audit report to the CCG and CQC as part of
our due diligence and we are confident that when the CQC visit our nursing home
soon that their concerns will be addressed.
