Want to know more about the behind-the-scenes aspects of Sancura? Here’s a few
FAQs to give you greater insight as to how we do things.

WHAT ARE THE ICONS FOR, SUCH AS THE LEAF?

We categorize each ingredient that gets entered into the database so our users
know if the ingredient is natural, synthetic, a combination of the two,
potentially dangerous, and more. When you see the icon, click on it and it will
give you a brief description of what it means.

WHAT DOES THE PLUS SIGN MEAN NEXT TO THE POTENTIAL USES AND SIDE EFFECTS?

The plus sign means there is more information to go along with the use or side
effect. Click the plus sign and the additional information will show.

WHAT DOES THE ``DOSAGE`` AND ``LENGTH`` MEAN UNDER THE POTENTIAL USES AND SIDE
EFFECTS?

If there is a study to correspond with a use or side effect, we provide the
dosage used and the length of the study right away so our users can quickly and
easily see this information.

HOW DO I FIND THE STUDIES?

If there is a study to correspond with the uses or side effects, there will be a
“view study” button underneath. Click on the button and that will take you
directly to the study.

CAN I SEARCH FOR A SPECIFIC BRAND?

Yes. Just click on the search function (the magnifying glass) and it will bring
up the search bar. Type in the brand name you’re looking for and if it’s in the
database, all their entered products will populate.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I SCAN A PRODUCT AND IT'S NOT IN THE DATABASE?

Will will be notified that the UPC was not found and will then enter the product
into the database as quickly as we can. Right now we do not have push
notifications set up to notify you that the product has been entered, but that
will be available soon.

CAN I SEARCH FOR SUPPLEMENTS THAT WILL HELP ME WITH A PARTICULAR ILLNESS OR
PROBLEMS, SUCH AS ENTERING ``ASTHMA`` AND THEN PRODUCTS WILL SHOW UP?

You cannot search by a particular illness or ailment just yet, but we will be
adding that function in the near future.

I SEARCHED FOR A SPECIFIC PRODUCT AND IT'S NOT IN THE DATABASE. WHAT DO I DO
NOW?

We recommend searching for any particular ingredient in that product that you’re
unsure about, so you can learn more about it specifically. You can send us a
message to let us know there is a particular product you were interested in that
wasn’t in the database, and we will do our best to add it quickly.

I SEARCHED FOR AN INGREDIENT AND IT ISN'T IN THE DATABASE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Many ingredients have several different names. You can try searching for it by
another known name.
