LIFE CYCLE ANALYIS

Zipperwall is committed to sustainable and circular construction. Through
choices for sustainable, local products and smarter use of materials. With our
ready-to-use circular solution, we want to help organizations organize and
renovate their buildings easily and flexibly. Without wasting material. 

Maximum reusability was the starting point for the design. A particularly high
MCI (Material Circularity Index) of 99.84% is the result. 

With the Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), Zipperwall measured the environmental
effects of the production of the products. This calculates the costs of CO2
emissions per unit of product. Because as many recycled materials as possible
are used, aluminum frames are produced with green electricity and with as few
transport movements as possible (everything is manufactured in the Netherlands!)
the LCA is only € 3.53 / m2%.
