Welcome to Matters of the Heart GPS, we’re glad you decided to stop by to
participate in this life changing program.

Matters of the Heart GPS is in the business of helping people determine where
they are in life and where they want to go. This is your Life GPS, Blueprint or
Roadmap.

Your well-being, finance and relationships are matters of the heart and very
important to your overall place in life. When we manage these three aspects of
our life to the best of our ability only then can we live a life that is happy
and fulfilling.

It’s not about reading the signs and making sure you’re ready, it’s about
deciding where and how you want to get to the next level. And then, connecting
with the right people—and partners—to get you there.

Whether it’s your mental, emotional or physical health, finances or personal
relationships we're here to help you jumpstart and power up your Life GPS, we’re
along for the ride. Let’s transform and reinvent. Let’s own change, together.

LIFE GPS


WELL-BEING

You're well-being matters. Self care is intentionally taking time to check-in
and analyze and evaluate your physical, social, mental, emotional and spiritual
well being and making any necessary improvements or adjustments. Feeling and
Looking good inside out is a matter of the heart.

A 2010 study published inApplied Psychology2 found that individuals with high
levels of eudemonic well-being—which involves having a sense of purpose along
with a sense of control and a feeling like what you do is worthwhile—tend to
live longer. Other researchers3 found that well-being might be protective for
health maintenance. In that research, people with the strongest well-being were
30 percent less likely to die during the eight-and-a-half-year follow-up period.

To help assist with our member’s well being, we participate in various community
services. Covid-19 testing, education and resources along with housing
assistance and food banks are some of our current efforts.

journey that helped to reveal my inner will and power which has led me to a more
happier and fufilled life.

FINANCES

You're finances matters. It's not always how much you earn, but how you manage
your earnings. You should have a GPS for your finances and whatever that looks
like for you, only you can determine it. Where are you now and where you want to
go is your financial GPS.


RELATIONSHIPS

Relationships matters. Rather romantic, family or friends. These ships matter.
Relationships can motivate or depress you. Humans were made to love and love can
propel you to become the best version of yourself and help you reach your full
potential and the life GPS you have envisioned for yourself.
