Cater To You Food Service is the premier on-site school dining company offering
full food-service lunch programs to private (independant) schools in the New
York Metro area including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. Based in
Manhattan, we serve more than 14,000 K-12 students daily.

We believe that simple, tasty foods are best. Our chefs cook from scratch, with
fresh, sustainably-sourced and better-for-you ingredients, providing balanced
nourishment. We provide our culinarians with components that not only taste
great, but are as clean as possible.

Our premium ingredients come from trusted suppliers, farms, and manufacturers
that use healthy, sustainable practices and have been vetted by us. A few of our
standards include: seasonal and locally-sourced produce; No Antibiotics Ever
(NAE) in our animal proteins and 100% vegetarian fed; certified-humane and
pasture-raised eggs from hens that roam freely and forage outside; and milk
without growth hormones (rBST), pesticides, or insecticides.

Menus at each of our independent schools change every day and no two are the
same. Like the curricula and legacies of the schools we serve, our menus and
recipes are unique and customized, as we know that no two school communities
share the exact same preferences, demographics, or budget.

 

WHAT SETS US APART
We provide our chefs with components that not only taste great, but are as clean
as possible. We devote a lot of time and effort into sourcing and procuring the
products we use in our kitchens. Our chefs have the freedom to create meals as
long as they adhere to our whole foods, from-scratch approach utilizing peak
season produce.

addition, we offer a la carte dining options, summer camp programs, procurement
resources, and consulting services to make food service a seamless part of your

We take great pride in helping clients savor their next soiree. From breakfast
meetings and intimate socials to elegant corporate buffets and large
multi-course sit-down celebrations (and everything in between), we can help you
craft the perfect event from start to finish. Our team works with you to create
custom menus, experiences, and memories.

SCHOOL DINING DURING COVID

We ensure a plentiful array of delicious and nourishing options that remain true
to our better-for-you philosophy during these challenging times of preparation
and service. Our daily menus for lower and upper school students include a daily
hot entree with accompaniments, as well as cold offerings such as sandwiches and
salads.

As for meals themselves, each meal is packaged individually in disposable
containers labeled with ingredients and allergens. Wrapped disposable utensils
and a single-serve drink, as well as dessert is also provided. We partner with
our clients to determine the best delivery method for the community.
