ECIRCULAR

Digitized eCircular Ad is one that a client can use to run their weekly specials
online, for example a weekly grocery circular or a traditional print insert. 
The ad runs at the bottom of articles within the center content well.  This is a
good strategy to take to clients that have traditionally used print circulars in
their advertising. It is ideal to have a call with the creative team prior to
