recovery services, and we’re committed to changing that. We’re addressing the
treatment gap by increasing the access to recovery services, starting with
creating professional support opportunities for people in recovery.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP ONE: ACCESS

James visits a community organization or submits a request form online

STEP TWO: ASSESSMENT

James completes a comprehensive assessment and identifies Substance Use Disorder
needs

STEP THREE: REFERRAL

A Peer Professional uses the Kyros platform to gain consent and refer James to
service providers and resources that meet his unique
needs

STEP FOUR: CARE RECEIVED

James receives the care he needs while interactions and outcomes are tracked in
the Kyros Platform

STEP FIVE: FEEDBACK LOOP & OUTCOMES

James and his care team receive real- time updates on recovery progress.
Opportunities for James to become a peer provider after 1 year in recovery
