Create Account WHAT IS THE WELLNESS PROGRAM? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Wellness Program is a partnership between BHE GT&S and WebMD to help you bring out your best. Based on your personal needs and interests, it will help you set goals, track your progress, keep you motivated, and provide valuable information along the way. Simply register to get started with our programs and services. Simply verify your identity to see if you're eligible or already have an account. You'll be prompted to register from there. What can I expect? We like to think we've got a little something for everyone. Our goal is to empower you to reach yours. The Wellness Program includes a suite of tools to help you reach your well-being goals-all backed by WebMD, the most trusted online source of health information. How much does it cost? If you're eligible, it's completely free. Most employees and spouse/domestic partners are eligible. The programs and services available through The Wellness Program are provided to you as a courtesy by your sponsor. Where can I learn more? You can learn more about WebMD's full suite of products. ACCESSING ACCOUNT Why can't I create an account? Check that you entered all of your information correctly and try submitting again. Contact Customer Service, if the above solutions do not resolve your issue. Why are my username and password not working? Make sure you are entering your username (your email will not work) and password correctly. Try retrieving your username or resetting your password: Retrieve Sign in Information. Your account may have been locked. If you or someone else attempted to access your account too many times in a row, your account may be locked for 20 minutes. You can wait and attempt to sign in again after this period. What can I do if I'm having other issues with my account? Reach out to WebMD Customer Service at 1-855-963-3628. SECURITY AND PRIVACY What types of information do you collect? We collect different types of information to give you suggestions on how to enhance your experience and make progress toward your goals. Certain information, such as your name and your eligibility for our services is provided by your employer. We also collect information directly from you when you interact with our services. Finally, we can also sync information such as health claims or biometric data from your health plan, insurance provider, or a third-party vendor-all things you'll have the option to opt in or out of. What do you do with my information? Once you create your account, we'll ask you a handful of questions about your background and health, as well as your current priorities. We'll use this information to create your well-being profile and personalize your experience. This helps us point you in the right direction so you can get the most out of The Wellness Program. We will not share your personally identifiable health information with your employer, such as the responses you provide to a health assessment, but we do provide aggregate reporting to your employer, which is health information about a group of people that does not identify any one person or allow any person to be identified. We also provide additional reporting to your employer to help administer The Wellness Program. For example, we may tell your employer if you have registered with WebMD or participated in any WebMD programs offered by your employer. Your employer may also direct WebMD to give your personal information to third-party vendors that provide other wellbeing services, such as disease management. The information we share with your employer helps your employer manage incentives and analyze usage of the WebMD services. We will never sell your information to third parties.
