WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY SUBSCRIPTION FOR ITB VIDEO PODCASTS? ITB offers two subscription periods: 6 months and 12 months. A 6 months subscription period will expire on the day immediately before the 6 months “anniversary” of the start of the 6 months subscription period. For example, if the 6 months subscription period starts on 10 August 2019, the 6 months subscription period will expire on 9 February 2020. A 6 months subscription includes a minimum of 21 new weekly video podcasts (which are released on Fridays), plus full access to our archive of previous video podcasts (from the start of ITB in 2018). A 12 months subscription period will expire on the day immediately before the 12 months anniversary of the start of the 12 months subscription period. For example, if the 12 months subscription period starts on 10 August 2019, the 12 months subscription period will expire on 9 August 2020. A 12 months subscription includes a minimum of 42 new weekly video podcasts (which are released on Fridays), plus full access to our archive of previous video podcasts (from the start of ITB in 2018). All subscriptions also include full access to our archive of all previous video podcasts, from the start of ITB in 2018. 3. WHAT IS THE CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION RATE? Quotation for subscription plans for individual, enterprise (i.e., two or more users at the same enterprise), student, young professional are available upon request. And Subscription is free for university faculty. See “Subscribe” tab on this website for more information. 4. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION? Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB only) or bank transfer. 5. HOW DO I UPDATE MY DETAILS WITH MY SUBSCRIPTION? You can reset your password on the “My Account” page. If you wish to change your name, email, jurisdiction, and credit card payment method, please contact us. 6. WHAT SHALL APPEAR ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION? If payment is made online, your statement will have the reference “International Insights Pte Ltd”. 7. WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION START AND FINISH? You can find this information on the “My Account” page. 8. HOW DO I CONFIRM MY SUBSCRIPTION'S EXPIRY DATE? You can find this information on the “My Account” page. 9. WILL I BE REMINDED BEFORE MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES? Yes. We will remind you via email two (2) months before your subscription is due to expire. 10. HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION? You can cancel your subscription effective at the end of the subscription period. You will need to notify us of your cancellation via email (see below) no less than thirty (30) days before the end of the subscription period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-year subscription within the subscription period. To cancel, please email us at billing@internationaltaxbytes.com. To see when your account will close, click “Billing details” on the “My Account” page. 11. DO YOU OFFER FREE TRIAL? Yes, we do. Please contact us at itb@internationaltaxbytes.com for more information. EMAIL ALERTS 12. HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO THE ITB EMAIL ALERTS? Please click here or contact us via the Contact Us form and we will ensure your email address is added to our newsletter distribution list. 13. HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE EMAIL ALERTS? Please click the “Unsubscribe” button available in the emails. 14. WHY HAVE I STOPPED RECEIVING THE ITB EMAIL ALERTS? Some emails are blocked by company firewalls and spam filters. Please check your junk mail box or contact your IT Department to allow emails through to your mailbox. 15. CAN I GET ACCESS TO PREVIOUS EMAIL ALERT ARCHIVES? Yes. You can access to our email alert archives by clicking here. SECURITY 16. IS YOUR ONLINE PAYMENT FACILITY SECURE? Our credit card payments are handled by a third party payment gateway, Stripe, which should ensure that your online payment is secure. When you enter your credit card details, a secure link is set up between your browser and Stripe. If you would like more information, please visit http://www.stripe.com. 17. WILL MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION BE STORED BY YOUR COMPANY? We do not store your full credit card information. The last 4 digits are retained for our reference only. PRIVACY 18. Please contact Steve Towers at stowers@internationaltaxbytes.com. 23. CAN I ACCESS MY ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION FROM MORE THAN ONE COMPUTER OR MOBILE DEVICE? Yes. Your online access is based on your email and password and thus you can access our video podcasts from different computers or mobile devices. However, the system will permit only one login at one time and also a one-time password is required for access. 24. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD? Please click “Forgotten password?” on the Login pop-up box. ITB APP 25. IS IT FREE TO DOWNLOAD THE ITB APP? Yes. It’s free to download the ITB app. You can watch some of the sample videos on the app. However, in order to view the latest videos, you will need to subscribe our service. For more information on subscription, please click here. 26. HOW DO I LOG IN TO THE ITB APP? Click the “LOGIN” button at the top right corner of the app. Input your email account and password. An access code will then be sent to your email address and you will need to enter the access code in 2 minutes in order to log in. 27. WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THE VIDEOS AND WHERE CAN I FIND THEM? Click the middle icon “Download Video” under each week’s video. The video will be automatically downloaded to your device. You can find all the downloaded videos in the “Downloads” tab at the bottom of the app. 28. CAN I BOOKMARK THE VIDEOS THAT I LIKE? On each week’s video, there is a bookmark function to put your selected videos to the “My List” tab. You can also personal notes to these selected videos. 29. DO I NEED TO STAY ONLINE TO WATCH THE ITB VIDEOS? No, you can download the videos and watch them offline. 30. DO I STILL GET THE CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE IF I VIEWED THE DOWNLOADED VIDEO OFFLINE? Yes. If you watched the video offline (at least 80% of the total video length), the certificate of attendance will be available when you log in again by clicking the “Download Certificate” button. 31. DO YOU HAVE A COMPLETE USER GUIDE FOR THE APP? Yes. You can download our app user guide. ITB WEBSITE 32. IS THERE ANY SAMPLE VIDEO I CAN WATCH? Yes, there are free sample videos available under the “Example Videos” section on the homepage. 33. HOW DO I GET THE CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE? After watching at least 80% of the total video minutes, you can click the “Download Certificate” button to download the certificate. 34. IS THERE A SEARCH FUNCTION IN THE WEBSITE? Yes, you can find the search engine under the “Library” page. Any videos with the related keyword will be shown. 35. CAN I BOOKMARK A VIDEO THAT I LIKE?
