   Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas Board of Directors
   Harry D. Jones, a Dallas-based shareholder at Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli and

   serve as the treasurer on the board of directors for Workforce Solutions
   Greater Dallas (WFSDallas). Jones was initially appointed to the WFSDallas

   Polsinelli Represents CoolR Group in $10 Million Series Seed Plus Financing
   Polsinelli congratulates its client CoolR Group
   (https://www.coolrgroup.com/), on its $10 million Series Seed Plus financing.
   CoolR Group is a Chantilly, Virginia-based automated ordering for brands
   using AI-based image recognition. The financing was led by VC investor First
   Analysis, with participation from Moneta Ventures and Remarkable
   Ventures. The financing will help drive growth and invest in R&D. More
   information about the financing can be obtained from CoolR Group’s

   National Security Focus on Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure Sharpens
   Last year, Colonial Pipeline halted one of the United States’ largest
   pipeline systems due to a ransomware attack.1  Within days, a state of
   emergency was declared in 17 states. A few days later, the pipeline resumed
   service, and Colonial Pipeline acknowledged it paid $4.4 million to cyber

   Ten Individuals Charged in Business Email Compromise Scheme Targeting
   Medicare, Medicaid and Other Insurers
   On November 18, 2022, the U.S. Department of Justice (“DOJ”) announced
   charges against ten defendants across Georgia, South Carolina and Virginia,
   resulting from a scheme that allegedly targeted Medicare, state Medicaid
   programs, private health insurers and numerous other victims with multiple
   Business Email Compromise Schemes (“BEC”) and resulted in more than $11.1
   million in total losses. The alleged schemes primarily involved the
   fraudulent diversion of payments intended for hospital providers. The
   defendants created spoofed email accounts resembling those associated with
   legitimate businesses and hospitals in order to pose as their business
   partners to unwitting victims. Using these spoofed email accounts, the
